Hefei Loyalstar Translation and Consulting Co., Ltd. was
founded in 2003 as a company specializing in translation
of technical materials with customers of machinery and
equipment sector both at home and abroad as its focal
target, at present its major scope of business is technical
translation and is now planning to develop international
trading. In the past six years, our company has developed
a group of large-scale loyal clients in manufacturing
industry such as China General Machinery Research Institute,
Hefei Cement Research and Design Institute and Hefei No.
43 Research Institute under direct jurisdiction of the
central government, Unilever, ABB, Anhui Electric Power
Construction No. 1 Company, etc.
The founder and general manager of the company Mr. Cheng
has a title of senior translator awarded by the former
Ministry of Machinery, has solid knowledge about industrial
equipment and machinery and has extensive experience in
Chinese machinery industry, thanks to his working career
in his former working unit, he is familiar with and owns
a rich resource of local manufacturers in such industrial
sectors as of petrochemical plants, pressure vessels and
chemical equipment, packaging machinery, compressors,
mechanical sealing and packing sealing, industrial valves,
separating machinery, special chemical pumps, etc., thus
enjoys a good reputation among them. This originates from
his 16-year work experience in a national research institute
(www.hgmri.com), which, as a backbone force of scientific
and technical innovation of China in the field of pressure
vessel and fluid machinery, owns one national level engineering
research center, three national centers for quality supervision
and inspection, four provincial and ministerial engineering
research centers, three provincial and ministerial key
laboratories and one postdoctoral program station and
has wide cooperation with international famous inspection
organizations (e.g. UL, BV, DNV, IMechE, T¨¹V, ABS, API,
ASTM, etc.), engineering companies (e.g. Passavant-Roediger,
Berlin Public Water Companies, Austrian Energy & Environment
AG (AE&E), etc. and manufacturers (e.g. HV Turbo,
Auma, Ebara, Hyundai, Phoenix, Nippon Steel Corporation,
